I’m excited to finally be able to announce my newest client! Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails will be opening in just over a month in the heart of Downtown Seattle on the fifth floor of the Red Lion Hotel Seattle. Offering “happy evening” (aka great happy hour deals from 4-10pm!), craft cocktails, local beer, an outdoor patio, shuffle board, ping pong and more, it’s like an adult Disneyland and I seriously cannot wait for it to be open.  Read more
